The Frantic 4 Racing Traveling Road Show took their act to its first event for the 2005 Season - the Goodguys 46th March Meet at Bakersfield. Due to a family issue Ron Rivero was unable to attend so "Stormin Normin" was on his own. But with the help of Dennis Prater the team had a great weekend.

As usual, there was all kinds of Frantic 4 goodies including photos, T-shirts and the ever popular Nitro Pickles.

Steve Gibbs' classic Ford announces, let the games begin.

One of the highlights was the fire-up Birthday present (from her husband, Dale) for Anita Smith.

.

It was a group effort as Dennis Prater handled the starter, Norm the engine and Don Ewald the mag switch-fuel shut-off.

As always, a huge crowd gathered fast when the car started.

No fun at all.

Pull the fuel shut off, the party's over.

One can only guess what the six fingers mean ..... I do!

I need a beer and a cigarette - she got the beer from a bystander fan.

Through out the weekend a lot of fans got their photos taken around and in the car. Here's Monty and Marty Lemley from Greeley, Colorado.
